Healthy & Easy Breakfast Ideas

Geraldine is a master at creating delicious and vibrant foods that are extremely healthy for you. Here she has created 5 very easy vegan breakfasts that you can make at home.

BREAKFAST 1: CEREALS 

Ingredients

Oat milk and cereals. Use your favourite ones and use toppings of your choice. Serve.

BREAKFAST 2: CHIA PUDDING

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp chia samen
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 10-12 tbsp oat-milk

Method

Mix all ingredients and put in your refrigerator overnight. Serve with your favourite fruits.

BREAKFAST 3: Nanacream

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp raw blueberry powder
  • 3 frozen bananas 
  • 3 tbsp water

Method

Blend in a high-speed blender until smooth and transfer to a bowl. Use your favourite toppings like fruits, nuts, cacao nibs.

BREAKFAST 4: Berry Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Organic Baobab Powder
  • 5 tbsp oats
  • 1 tbsp chia samen
  • 200ml coconut cream
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • agave syrup (optional)

Method

Warm a pan and grill the oats and the chia for some seconds. Add milk, baobab powder and cinnamon. If you want it sweeter, add agave syrup. Pour into a bowl and top with blueberries, coconut sugar and banana.

BREAKFAST 5: Fruit Platter

No explanation. Just play with your favourite fruits. The bi-color fruit is an orange.
