These make for the perfect dessert and they are very easy to make while also tasting delicious.

Ingredients

Baobab & Chocolate-Dipped Mandarin Slices

Method

  1. Peel and segment mandarin oranges.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Melt chocolate and almond milk together in a double boiler or small saucepan.
  4. Pour into a comfortable dish. Add baobab powder and stir.
  5. Dip each slice halfway into the melted chocolate and place on prepared baking sheet. Set in the fridge or freezer until chocolate is set.
  6. When ready to eat, take out of the freezer and enjoy!
