Baobab & Dragon fruit balls Smoothie

Start the New Year as you mean to go on, choosing great health. This smoothie is packed with nutrients like potassium, vitamin C, fibre and calcium that will ensure you feel invigorated. The natural energy of the baobab powder can kickstart your days while the antioxidants will help kill off those pesky free radicals, which try their best to damage your cells. Not only that but it tastes amazing!

Ingredients

  • ½ tsp of PandaVita organic baobab powder
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • ½ tsp of spirulina
  • 1 dragon fruit (pitaya)
  • several red currents, quinoa puffs & white cherries

Method

  1. Mix the baobab powder, frozen banana, spirulina and almond milk in your blender
  2. Pour the tasty smoothie into a bowl
  3. Use an ice-cream scooper to scoop out balls from the dragon fruit
  4. Then add the dragonfruit balls and other toppings to the smoothie bowl
  5. Grab a spoon, eat and enjoy!
