Creamy Oats with Baobab & Berries

This bowl of oats is a perfect vegan-friendly breakfast which is packed with fibre, calcium and other nutrients. It's also so tasty too!

Creamy Baobab Berries Oats

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp PandaVita Organic Baobab Powder
  • 7 tbsp raw oats
  • 2 tbsp raw red banana powder
  • 1/2 tbsp raw black chokeberry powder (optional)
  • 4 tbsp mix frozen berries
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 200ml cold coconut milk

Method

  1. Mix the baobab powder, oats, banana powder and chokeberry powder (optional) in a blender for 30 seconds
  2. Then add coconut sugar, berries and milk and mix until smooth. Optional: Add more milk if you want a yoghurt texture.
