Groovy Green Kiwi and Baobab Smoothie Bowl

Did you know that kiwis contain more vitamin C than oranges and lemons?
And also that baobab powder contain more vitamin C than kiwis?
It is rich too in fibre, potassium, magnesium and calcium! A real burst for your body and perfect for the ugly and autumnal days!

This groovy green smoothie bowl is not only incredibly tasty but looks delicious too! We recommend you try this and enjoy it with your friends.

Ingredients:

Smoothie

  • 1 tsp of organic baobab powder
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of pineapple
  • a handful of spinach
  • 100ml of coconut milk

Toppings

  • a few strawberries
  • a small handful of blueberries
  • a small handful of chia seeds
  • a small handful of chai granola
  • several coconut flakes
  • a small handful of mulberries

Directions:

  1. Chop up the kiwi, pineapple and banana
  2. Add them to the rest of the smoothie ingredients, then blend
  3. Pour the delicious green smoothie into a bowl
  4. Chop up the strawberries and, along with the other toppings, add them to your smoothie bowl
  5. Grab a spoon, eat and enjoy!
