Raspberry and Baobab Chia Pudding

Get yourself back to the feel of Summer with this beautifully tasty chia pudding. Packed full of antioxidants due to the baobab powder, it is a sweet and healthy choice for your dessert or breakfast.

Ingredients

  • organic baobab powder
  • raspberry compote
  • coconut milk
  • chia seeds
  • vanilla extract
  • fresh raspberries
  • shredded coconut.

Directions

  1. Mix the chia seeds, baobab powder, coconut milk, vanilla extract and raspberry compote together in a small bowl. Let it set in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. Remove it from the fridge, and make sure your pudding looks thick and the chia seeds have gelled. Top with fresh raspberries.
  3. Eat and enjoy!
