Vitalizing Vegetable Cutlets with Baobab Fruit Powder

Ingredients

Vitalizing Vegetable Cutlets with added Baobab Powder

Method

  1. Bake the potatoes in the oven or boil them. Wait till they cool then grate.
  2. Grate the carrots and beetroot.
  3. Mix everything then add the semolina and baobab fruit powder.
  4. Add salt and mix together.
  5. Use your hands to form the cutlets and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  6. Fry in a pan (1-2 minutes on each side) or steam boiling for 25 minutes.
  7. Once cooked, add to your plate, eat and enjoy!

Suggestion: Add our glorious guacamole sauce to complement the cutlets
