For this reason, we offer a unique, 100% money-back guarantee on your order if you are unhappy with our organic baobab powder.

Just send us over an email at hello@pandavita.com stating the reason for return. This guarantee lasts 30 days.

Please note, if you order more than 1 of an item we will ask you to return the additional products.


We will process your refund and apply the credit to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven working days of your refund request.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet:first check your bank account again.

  2. Then contact your credit card company as they may have a delay in money transfers.
  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before they transfer refunds.

If, on a rare occasion, that baobab purchase is defective or damaged during delivery, we will be very happy to replace it for you. If you need to exchange it, send us an email at hello@pandavita.com.

Cancelling an Order

You have the statutory right to cancel your order at any time before we process your order.

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at hello@pandavita.com and provide us with your name, address and order reference number.
